Having joined the Leo Burnett 3-member digital team at its inception, my journey in digital can be described as a primitive experience that led to a transformational journey of learning, growing and accomplishments. During my five year tenure, I had the opportunity to work on many successful campaigns with a diverse portfolio of distinguished local and international brands, initially as a designer and eventually growing into the team’s most valuable content creator, key digital strategy developer and project/campaign manager.

Taco Bell Sri Lanka

  • Successfully launched Taco Bell in Sri Lanka in 2017.
  • Led the content team to develop relevant and engaging content making the Taco Bell Sri Lanka IG page the most engaged Instagram brand page in the fast-food category in Sri Lanka (source: Fanpage Karma).
  • Made Taco Bell SL’s Instagram page as South Asia’s Most Engaging Taco Bell Instagram Page.
  • Won many awards for the Brand launch campaign in digital shows in Sri Lanka.

Maggi Devilled Sri Lanka –
a Nestle brand

  • Lead Content Creator for the brand Maggi Devilled Noodles from 2014 to 2016.
  • Achieved the Most Engaging Facebook Page in South Asia for the FMCG Category in 2014 and 2015 against brands such as Coca Cola, Oreo, KITKAT (source: Fanpage Karma).

Huawei Sri Lanka

  • Successfully launched the digital launch campaign for Huawei GR5 2017 in 2017.
  • Spearheaded the campaign playing an active role in strategy, planning, content and sales.
  •  Led the campaign in collaboration with both in-house resources and third-party vendors to develop iconic work to support the campaign objectives.

Sri Lankan Airlines (SLA)

  • Successfully launched and led the SLA Christmas campaign.
  • Achieved outstanding results with 15,821 entries, + 4,131,024 impressions in just 10 days of launch with minimum paid ad spends.
  • Designed the Sri Lankan Airlines Mobile Application Interface in 2016.

KFC Maldives

  • Successfully launched KFC in Maldives in 2018.
  • Managed and executed the campaign by playing an active role in strategy, planning and creative conceptualization for the brand.
  • Developed creative launch content pieces that generated over a million impressions and social buzz during the launch.
